I wanted to write and thank you and your team for your professional and pleasant service when I recently purchased my investment property in Hervey Bay.

You were always very prompt in your responses to my many emails and questions, and went beyond what I would have expected from a Real Estate agent, making enquiries into local trades for work to be done, taking pictures of the property, liaising with my lawyers, and calling me to update me on progress of the settlement as I was not living locally.
